Vivo Philippines is hell bent on gaining the upper hand in the Philippines’ smartphone market. The Vivo V5s was launched yesterday, an update to the Vivo V5 released November last year.
So what are the upgrades on the V5s? Here’s a list of them:
- Simple but clean. You will not find any antenna bands at the back of the Vivo V5s. What it has instead is a clean look with the camera and flash found at the upper left portion and a Vivo logo at the center. It reminds me of an iPhones, actually.
- The V5s’s front camera now allows landscape-panning effects in group photos. Whether in portrait mode or landscape mode, group photos will always be complete.
- The V5s also has a “selfie softlight” similarly found in other V5 variants. This feature found in the V5s has an enhanced night mode for clearer and more fabulous selfies in low light conditions.
- Upgraded storage. The V5s’s internal storage has been bumped up to 64GB with 4GB of RAM that will allow the user to take lots of photos and selfies, store multimedia files, as well as games and applications.
The Vivo V5s is already available at all Vivo kiosks, concept shops and authorized dealers. SRP is P14,990.00.
