I’ve had a couple of media boxes which I reviewed in recent years and I thought I won’t be using one again, until I was approached by Mobile Monkey last week. They offered me to review a TV box called the EVPAD 3S. It offers more than what my Android TV boxes had before, so I thought why not do an unboxing and do a walkthrough video.

THE UNBOXING: EVPAD 3S
Unboxing the EVPAD 3S reveals the TV box, power cable, charger, HDMI Cable and Remote Control.
The EVPAD 3S is a small box that is almost the size of my hand. The front has a small display that shows the time and connectivity of the device.
The back has a power jack and five other ports: IR, Ethernet, HDMI, AV and SPDIF.
The left side of the box has a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. There’s also a MicroSD card slot so you can view pictures and videos taken by your digital camera or smartphone.
Setting up the EVPAD 3S is easy. Simply plug in the HDMI cable and power cable to the TV Box and plug the other end of the HDMI cable to the TV. Plug the charger to the power outlet and you can turn on the TV box by using the remote control.
You can connect the TV box to your WiFi or the LAN cable. Once it’s connected online, you may enjoy watching HD channels from all around the world!

The EVPAD 3S runs on Android 7.0 so it has a Play Store where you can download and install apps on the TV box. You can check your email or browse websites using the device.

True enough, I was able to scan through different channels from the US, Hong Kong, Korea, and other countries. I’m really loving this and it looks like I’ll be staying in for the whole time watching various streaming channels with the EVPAD 3S.
