Starmobile Unveils Up Vision

Following the recently revealed Knight Vision, Starmobile adds another phone to its rooster of Digital TV devices with the new Starmobile Up Vision.

With access to over 10 free channels, the Up Vision aims to bring Crystal TV feeds wherever services are available. It also has future-proof ISDB-T technology (Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting – Terrestrial), which provides more expandable and flexible multimedia broadcasting services.

Aside from its Digital TV capabilities, the UP Vision also looks to be a stable Android 4.4 KitKat phone running on a 1.3GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor with a MediaTek MT6582M chipset backed up by 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage expandable to 32GB via microSD. A 13MP auto-focus Sony BSI camera with an f/2.0 aperture is at its rear, while an 8MP full-frame Samsung camera with flash is installed in front. The UP Vision also comes with a 4.7-inch HD IPS multi-touch capacitive screen with a respectable resolution of 720 x 1280 (312ppi) for great digital TV viewing, and is juiced by a 1,800mAh Li-ion battery.

The Starmobile UP Vision will by available by the first week of May 2015 for only Php5,990.
