Sony just released the world’s smallest and lightest premium compact camera that’s waterproof, dustproof, shockproof, crushproof, and offers internal 4K recording!
The Sony RX0 II is flexible in any situation that should arise. It’s compact form can safely and easily adjust to any of your needs (it can even fit into your pocket!).
The Sony RXO II offers high- quality photography by providing advanced color reproduction with a 1.0-type stacked 15.3-megapixel1 Exmor RS™ CMOS image sensor and an advanced BIONZ X™ image processing engine. Additionally, with that duo, it enables the compact camera to bring lightning fast performance and exquisite image quality.
It also possesses an Anti-distortion Shutter of up to 1/32000 sec. and can shoot at up to 16 fps5. The camera also contains an upgraded version of the ever popular SONY EYE AF. Letting you capture breathtaking moments at high speeds and accuracy.
The functionality and build ingrained into this camera assures high performance no matter if it’s stills or videos. For videos, it’s internal 4k 30p recording has a full pixel readout and no pixel binning. In lieu of that, it can collect approximately 1.7 times the amount of data required for 4K video.
Moreover, the RXO II has an in- body electronic stabilization for stable hand- held shots. Making detailed and in- depth shots limpid and smooth.
Sony also gives another option for tech- savvy users. For up to 5 RXO II cameras, you can control all of them wirelessly with the Sony ‘Imaging Edge Mobile’ app. If that’s not enough for you, fortunately, the RXO II is also compatible with the Camera Control Box CCB-WD1. The control box can handle up to 100 cameras at a time.
The new Sony RX0 II will be available in selected Asia Pacific countries from April 2019. The RX0 II kit with the VCT-SGR1 Shooting Grip and bracket will be available in selected Asia Pacific countries from mid 2019.
