While Sony is not the first to introduce the 4K OLED TV globally, the Japanese giant took its time to develop its own 4K OLED TVs with their unique picture quality technologies and cutting-edge design and engineering. The Sony Bravia 4K OLED A1 series offers the finest TVs I’ve ever seen and they are finally launched here in the Philippines.
Sony brings in 4K HDR OLED TV as the BRAVIA OLED in 65″ and 55″ models. The A1 series offers a totally new visual experience with a combination of superior picture quality of OLED, with its cutting-edge form factor. For those who don’t know yet, OLED means Organic Light Emitting Diodes. Basically, OLED TVs are capable of producing absolute blacks and extremely bright whites compared to its LCD counterpart.
The Bravia 4K OLED A1 series is the world’s first large screen TV which can emit great sound from the screen itself. Sony developed a new Acoustic Surface technology which can spread out sound directly from the screen. Together with OLED’s exceptionally wide viewing angle, the A1 series offers unmatched visual and audio experience.
“Sony is always at the forefront of innovation and we lead the future of television by bringing the new range of 4K HDR TVs, especially the Sony BRAVIA OLED TV. We want to elevate TV viewing experience and bring reality right in the comfort of your own home, with enhanced brightness and contrast features. The colors are more vivid and the sounds are clearer than ever before. Your TV experience with Sony will be unbelievable, and it will change the way you view TV,” said Nobuyoshi Otake, President and Managing Director, Sony Philippines.
“Thanks to OLED’s over 8 million self-illuminating pixels, the A1 series brings a significantly enriched visual experience with unprecedented black, authentic color, blur-less image and a wide viewing angle. The X1 Extreme precisely controls the tremendous number of pixels and extends the capability of OLED to deliver and exquisite 4K HDR picture.”
The Sony Bravia 4K OLED A1 65″ will have an SRP of P265,999 while the 55″ variant will cost P169,999.
