It’s that time of the year again where we await for the official announcement from telcos about the availability of the latest iPhones in Philippine shores.
We all know that the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S are already available in other countries, but what about the Philippines? Well, we received exciting news from Smart that they have already put up a pre-registration page for those interested to get the latest iPhones from the country’s number 1 network. Now the question is, when will it be released? Will it still be December? November? Next week?! And what are the Postpaid Plans for the new iPhones? Will there be unlimited LTE data plans involved?
I have no idea as of the moment and no comment from Smart either regarding the postpaid plans, but this is absolutely the earliest announcement Smart has ever made. In 2011 and 2012, their announcements were made in December, so there could be a possibility meaning this year the new iPhones will be available earlier than expected. Yes, the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S will be officially available on November 15!
