With the rising success of the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus, Samsung has moved up the launch date of the Galaxy Note 4 from October to September 26 in South Korea.
The well-received 5.7-inch Octa-Core phablet was recently announced in Berlin, along with the wearable Gear S, and the 3D Gear VR. Also announced was the Note Edge, which brings mobile experience to another level by utilizing the edge of the device as a second, quick-access screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 sports 2.5D glass for improve durability, with a Quad HD (2460×1440) Super AMOLED display that promises defined colors. The S Pen has also gone through several enhancements with regard to presure sensitivity and can now be utilized like a computer mouse. The phablet’s whopping 16MP rear-facing camera comes with a Smart Optical Image Stabilizer for better, wobble-free shoots, while the 3.7MP front-facing camera has a 90 degree shooting angle for better selfies.
The Note 4 comes in frosted white, bronze gold, charcoal black, and blossom pink, and will be released in other countries some time in October.
