For a short run-through from our launch article: The Note10 and Note10+ has positively taken off from the legacy of the Galaxy S10 in terms of display size, performance, cameras, and battery capacity. It had given much to the imagination as rumours about it started to brew and today we’re seeing the real thing. See where does the two diverge in specs and where they meet.

The Note10 has most of the essential parts of the Note10+ while keeping it at a compact size. Even with a 6.3-inch display, others may find it easier to hold than the Note10+ which almost has the same size as the Galaxy Note9. The bigger Note is a bit challenging to hold. However, those who prefer a bigger screen would certainly love the Note10+’s huge 6.8-inch stunning display especially when watching videos.

On the cameras, both Notes have the same triple-camera system composed of 16 Megapixels with ultra wide-angle lens and a couple of 12 Megapixels with wide-angle and telephoto lens respectively. The Note10+ has the Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensor that increases the phone’s camera capabilities. It gives leeway to the camera trends right now by enhancing the HD portrait mode, night mode, and live- action mode. Along with that, it’s a given that the details and focus would be much finer.

A Note10 contains 256GB of Internal Storage with 8GB of RAM, and a 3,500 mAh battery. These specs in a compact size will have a relatively lower price compared to the Note10+. If that’s the goal for you, then the Note10 should suffice. It’s an absolute win.

But also consider how much the Note10+ is bulked up because of that price upgrade from the Note10. The Note10+ offers 256 GB and 512GB of storage coupled with an enormous 12GB of RAM and a 4,300 mAh battery. 256GB of storage might be humongous but if you’re targeting a phone to be able to handle twice that amount of storage while keeping the specs up, the Note10+ is the one for you.

All in all, the Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ fits differently for different people. Some people need that extra oomph!, and others not so much. Even so, you might have a hard time choosing what you think is better for your budget, lifestyle, and self- satisfaction but rest assured you’ll still have on your hands, premium smartphones. Whether you decide to get the Note10 or the fancy Note10+, there’s not much risk this time. A Samsung Galaxy Note10 promises exactly what it can execute (and maybe more!).
