Realme Philippines Extends Device Warranty Nationwide!

With Realme users in mind, Realme Philippines is extending their device warranty nationwide amidst the Enhanced Luzon quarantine!

The global outbreak truly caught all of us off guard. Numerous efforts to contain this pandemic have led to lockdowns. The lethality of the situation paralyzed many industries. As such, Realme Philippines understands how difficult (and fatal) this situation is.

Following that train of thought, Realme Philippines is extending users’ device warranties expiring during the quarantine by a week starting from the end of the lockdown. Meaning, if you device’s warrant expires during the Enhanced Luzon Quarantine, you’re still entitled to 7 days of extended warranty after the quarantine. Moreover, this covers all device holders from all other parts of the country.

Furthermore, Realme devices with replacement periods during the quarantine is also covered to up to three days warranty extension after the quarantine lift. Realme Philippines recognizes the threat this is to everyone including their employees. Thus, Luzon- based service centers are non-operational. Visayas and Mindanao- based service centers, while operational, are strict to follow guidelines.
