realme Expands to PC Territory in the Philippines with the entry of realme Book

realme’s two-combo Disruptive Launch today revealed that they are officially expanding to the personal computer territory with the announcement of the realme Book in the Philippines. realme’s first laptop was initially launched in China and India last month.

The realme Book’s design is quite similar to an Apple MacBook, which is one of the most coveted personal computers in recent years. It has a thin, slim and lightweight design made of aluminum, giving it a premium feel compared to its competitors. Screen display size is at 14 inches with 2K Full HD resolution, a feature the brand sees perfect for students who are on online learning.

Powering the realme Book is an Intel Core 11th Gen processor, with a choice of an Intel Core i3 or Intel Core i5. It is paired with a built-in Intel UHD for the Core i3 while the new Intel Iris XE graphics which is more powerful than its predecessor is on-board the Core i5 variant. Storage is a generous 256GB or 512GB SSD and 8GB of memory. While it may have a thin profile, the realme Book still has built-in ports for your peripherals. It comes with two USB 3.2 Type-C, a USB Type-A and a 3,5mm headphone jack. An additional Thunderbolt port is included in the Intel Core i5 variant. The realme Book has all the wireless connectivity you’ll need with its built-in Bluetooth and WiFi. The battery is rated at 54Wh and can last up to 11 hours on a single charge. It also comes with a 65W fast charger. Oh, it also comes with Microsoft Windows 10 upgradeable to Windows 11.

The realme Book is priced in the Philippines at P37,990 for the Intel Core i3 variant while the the Intel Core i5 version is priced at P47,990. Pre-orders can be made at the realme Official Store in Lazada from September 24 to 29 where customers can buy the new laptop for P29,990 (Intel Core i3) and P41,990 (Intel Core i5.)
