The much-awaited follow-up to the realme Buds Air Neo is now official! The realme Buds Air 2 Neo delivers swift and seamless performance ideal for people living a smart active lifestyle. It is packed with cutting-edge features perfect for Filipino music lovers, students attending online classes, and even mobile gamers.
realme has introduced a new design language to the realme Buds Air 2 Neo. With this iteration, it now comes in two colors — Active Black and Calm Gray. To create a futuristic design, a “gleaming mirror design” is used in the earbud tips to reflect varying colors in different angles, supplemented by a matting process, turning the earbuds into a work of art. The earbud tips feature smart touch functionality, allowing users to toggle earbud settings with just a light tap. From Buds Air Neo to the new Air 2 Neo, realme has changed the shape from a rod to a bean but the earbuds still adopt the curvy aesthetic of the previous generation.
Same as the realme Buds Air 2, the newer Neo supports an active noise cancellation of up to 25dB. It monitors external noise through a feed-forward microphone, allowing the earbuds to send out a reverse anti-noise sound to cancel it out. It can filter out most low-frequency noises, including the rumble of airplanes, the subway, and other transportation noises. Users can choose the ear tips that fit their ears to enhance passive noise reduction for better noise isolation.

The new true wireless earphones from realme can last for about 20 hours with ANC turned on, the same length of time for most other earbuds in the market in normal operation. With ANC turned off, the Neo can last up to 28 hours, a 65 percent increase from the 17 hours provided by the previous generation. The device also supports fast charging. With just 10 minutes of charging time, you’ll get 180 minutes of playback.
The 10mm Bass Boost Driver, along with a realme bass enhancement algorithm composite, makes for a new bass boost for a deeper and richer audio experience. It also comes with AAC high-quality audio technology, an encoding algorithm with a high compression rate provided by Dolby Laboratories, for higher fidelity.
Just like the realme Buds Air 2, realme has also upgraded the Game Mode with latency as low as 88ms, the industry’s lowest, for a richer gaming experience with headphones.
