I mentioned numerous times on how OPPO Philippines aggressively marketed their F3 phone last summer. Then I also reported about their sales record where they said they have sold more than 22,000 units in just three days. Now they have the report to back it up. According to the latest GFK Philippines report, OPPO F3 May 2017 results show that they are the No.1 smartphone for the P15,000-P20,000 price range.
According to the chart which you can see in the picture above, the OPPO F3 has a commanding 48.5% market share over its competitors like the Samsung Galaxy A5 which takes second place at 18%. OPPO Philippines claims that the 22,000 unit sales last May reflected the strong acceptance from customers, particularly of its front dual-camera setup. The Chinese brand also retains its No. 2 smartphone brand position in the Philippines.
“The OPPO F3 is a well-received smartphone since the beginning, our competitive package, sleek design and trending dual selfie camera setup are the reasons why it is successful.” said Stephen Cheng, OPPO Philippines Brand Marketing Manager.
The OPPO F3 is available nationwide at all OPPO Concept Stores, kiosks, and authorized dealers. Price is still at P15,990 which is under their Back to School Promo until July 31.
