Huawei P30 Pro First Impressions: Phoneography at its Finest!

Its been a week since my lucky win of this new phone from the Globe Huawei launch, and as an iPhone user for more than 3 years, I can attest that the Huawei P30 Pro is really something from its battery life to phone photography. (Sorry, Apple!) So far, I’ve tested the night mode and super zoom features during the holidays, and the photos were unbelievably stunning! Taking into account that I am not a professional photographer nor a DSLR type of person. Truly, the P in Huawei P30 Pro is really for Photography or can I say Phoneography?

HUAWEI P30 PRO UNBOXING:

Inside the packaging of the Huawei P30 Pro are the phone, USB cable, USB Charger Head, Earphones, SIM card ejector, Silicon Case and warranty cards. We also have a vlog version of my first unboxing experience, so stay tuned for that!

HUAWEI P30 PRO FIRST IMPRESSIONS:

The first ever Leica quad-core camera smartphone aka the spy phone have met my expectations well. Let me share with you some shots that I took, and let the pictures speak for themselves.

Also say bye bye to your heavy power banks, as the P30 Pro can last a whole day. I was at Ayala Triangle last Thursday and I didn’t need to recharge it while using it to take pictures there. With its 40W fast charger I also didn’t waste time waiting for it to be fully charged before heading out.

I also tried out the 50X Super Zoom feature and felt like Joe Goldberg from the Netflix TV Series- You. Stalker smartphone in the making?

This test shot really made me say HuWOW-wei since the “loading” sign is still readable from the distance that I’m from, and even the facial expression of the woman in red is still visible from the last shot.

For those who also like to take pictures of the moon, this smartphone is The One for you! I just used the night mode and 50X super zoom feature to capture the beauty of it.

So that’s a wrap for my Huawei P30 Pro first impressions. We’ll be posting our full review and other related articles in the next couple of weeks. The Huawei P30 Pro is now available at all Huawei Concept Stores and Kiosks. They are also available through Globe and Smart’s Postpaid Plans.
