Huawei Customer Service is Still Up! Warranty Extended up to May 31, 2020

The current outbreak paralyzed many industries and communities. However, Huawei makes sure that customer service for users won’t be inaccessible. Users are automatically granted extended warranty period, access to support app, and personalized assistance!

Huawei units with warranties expiring on March 15, 2020 up until May 30, 2020 are extended to May 31, 2020. This extension applies to mobile phones, PCs, tablets, wearables, smart home and other Huawei devices. Time certainly won’t be your enemy anymore with Huawei!

Encountered a problem with your Huawei? Huawei’s got that covered with their built-in service application (Support App) with all the troubleshooting steps to oil your device. There’s smart diagnosis, live chat, scenario-based solutions, and a real time check of your device’s condition. It’s a one stop troubleshooting manual!

But if the kink is really serious, Huawei’s still got your back. One-on-one assistance is still available within the comforts of your home with these channels;

  1. You can reach them through the standard hotline from 9AM to 9PM: 0923-0990468 / 1800-8739-5227(Globe Toll-Free) 1800-1853-5353(PLDT/Smart/Sun Toll-Free)
  2. There’s also live chat available from 9AM to 6PM at their Official Website or Support App (as mentioned earlier)
  3. Or through Facebook, if that’s more convenient at Huawei Mobile from 9AM to 6PM
  4. If email works best, you can also email them directly at mobile.ph@huawei.com

But if you can wait ’till May, when (hopefully) there are less chances for everybody to be infected by the virus, then take advantage of Huawei extended warranty.

We’re hoping this good news might make this period a bit more bearable. Hang on, everyone!
