Globe Gives 60 Day Extension to Payment Deadlines until May 15!

Globe is giving a 60 day extension on due dates for bill payments of all customers (including business and enterprise clients) nationwide to May 15! Late payment fees are waived during this period as well.

Previously, Globe extended payment due dates until April 15 due to Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon. However, since it’s been extended paying didn’t get any easier. With regards to this, Globe is lengthening this extension up until May 15.

Globe will be giving an accumulated bill by May 15 instead of pressuring customers to pay at their exact date. This two months’ worth of bills will reflect on customers’ billing statements without additional fees. It’s great to see Globe making an understanding step for customers in everyone’s fight against COVID- 19!

To those who’s capable, there’s still ways to pay for your bills! Globe’s offering online payments through these options:

Globe is still emphasizing their support for the #StayAtHome campaign. Thus, Mobile Postpaid and Platinum customers can suspend or extend their monthly spending limit based on their usage. This special feature is for customers who want their bill budget on track. It’s obvious these times are special so Globe understands possible changes customers might want.
