When buying a mobile phone, customers would always ask about the availability of the brand’s after-sales service. New brands like Gionee encounter these questions a lot of times.
So they sent us a list of their service centers which are not only located in different areas of Metro Manila, but in different regions across the Philippines! Based on the list they gave me, the service centers are actually owned by Citylight Telecom Centre. Citylight is one of the largest retail stores for mobile phones and accessories in the country, and since they have service centers found all around the country, then Gionee made a good decision to partner with them.
