August 22 is a big day for DC, as they launched a new project – DC FanDome – an online convention for all things DC set in a big virtual space. This is indeed shaping up to be the comeback of DC!!
The online event is a series of streams from the various artists and creative minds behind the landmark stories and movies coming from DC. It will run for 24 hours straight on August 22, and will also show some behind the scenes for the upcoming shows.
The guest list is massive, featuring DC talents who appeared in the movies. The names include Robert Pattinson (The Batman), Gal Gadot and Chris Pine (Wonder Woman 1984), Dwayne Johnson (Black Adam), Ezra Miller (The Flash movie), and Margot Robbie, Viola Davis (The Suicide Squad). Zack Snyder is also confirmed, presumably to give some updates about the Justice League: Snyder Cut.
From the DC creators lineup, expect Jim Lee, Brian Michael Bendis, Grant Morrison, G. Willow Wilson, Mark Waid, Matthew Wilson, Scott Snyder, and more.
