Finally, the day we’ve been waiting for! Cherry Mobile has announced their new Flare series for 2017. The three models announced tonight were the Cherry Mobile Flare S6, Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Plus, and the Cherry Mobile Flare S6 Selfie.
The Flare S6, in keeping the Flare tradition, has all the good stuff you would want in a phone with a budget-friendly price. 13 Megapixels for the rear (with Sony IMX135 sensor) and front cameras, Quad-Core processor, 16GB Internal Storage, and Android Nougat 7.0. The Flare S6 Price is back to its original Flare SRP of P3,999.

If you want a Flare with better specs, then look no further. The Flare S6 Selfie comes with a 1.5 GHz Octa-Core processor, 16GB of Internal Storage, 3GB of RAM, and 16 Megapixels for rear and front cameras. I was told that the cameras of the S6 Selfie were really great. I have a sample unit with me right now so I’ll post my review soon. The Flare S6 Selfie is priced at P7,999.00.

Now here’s something I’ve discussed in my previous blog post. The Flare S6 Plus is the brand’s first foray into True Display with a screen ratio of 18:9. Screen display is 5.7″ with a resolution of 720 x 1440. It is also powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-Core processor, 64GB of Internal Storage, 4GB of RAM and Dual Rear Cameras composed of 16 Megapixels and 5 Megapixels, and Dual Front Cameras also composed of 16 Megapixels and 5 Megapixels.
