Cherry Mobile’s Excalibur has surfaced yesterday, and the specs are pretty sweet.
Sandwiched by Corning Gorilla Glass at the front and the back, it’s a 5-inch Android 4.4 KitKat phone with a 1.4GHz octa-core processor and 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage. It’s got magnesium alloy card cases for your two SIMS and your 32GB microSD. The rear camera is an 8MP affair powered by a Sony Sensor, while the front is a respectable 5MP snapper. Probably the only downer about this is the non-removable 1920mAh battery, which may have a hard time keeping the Excalibur juiced.
The Binondo-based store Cherry Angel pegs it at Php6,999. Not bad at all for a good looking phone.
