ASUS Zenfone 4 Pro – The Mightiest Zenfone Among the Bunch

If you think the ASUS Zenfone 4 is good, wait till you see the ASUS Zenfone 4 Pro. What used to be called the “deluxe” version of previous main Zenfone flagships, the Zenfone 4 Pro is jacked-up in hardware.

ASUS Zenfone 4 Pro

Let’s start with the processor. The Zenfone 4 Pro is the second Zenfone to use the fast and powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor. I have used a smartphone with this processor before and it played all my graphic-intensive games with ease. With a 6GB RAM to manage all the apps installed, this superphone can do anything! As with all previous deluxe models, the Pro will have 128GB of built-in storage and can be expanded with a Micro SD card capable up to 2TB.

The dual-lens camera system of the Zenfone 4 Pro is composed of 12 Megapixels with a SONY IMX 362 sensor and an aperture of f/1.7 which promises 8x brighter photos in low light, and 16 Megapixels with a SONY IMX 351 sensor 2x Auto Focus. The front camera is a 8 Megapixel with SONY IMX319 sensor. With all these sensors equipped with the cameras, the ZenFone 4 Pro is the world’s first smartphone that incorporates three high-end Sony image sensors and the ASUS SuperPixel Engine. This special variant of the Zenfone 4 series can capture gorgeous photos that is at par with professional cameras.

The ASUS Zenfone 4 Pro Price is P39,995. I know this is might be an issue for some people who think that ASUS is overpricing their phones, but knowing how ASUS Philippines sold their previous Deluxe models, I don’t think they will push this really hard to compete with other flagships like the Samsung Galaxy S8. Their main push are the Zenfone 4, the Selfie phones and the Max. This phone is just an option for those who want something better than the Zenfone 4.
