ASUS has recently launched two new hybrid devices: the Transformer Book T300FA and the Transformer Book T300Chi.
The Transformer Book T300FA has a 12.5-inch IPS HD display that goes for a resolution of 1366 x 768. It runs on an Intel Core M 5Y10 processor with 4G LPDDR3 1600 MHz RAM. It’s tablet has 64GB of internal storage, and its dock boosts it with an additional 500GB to 1TB. It runs on Windows 8.1, with a battery that can last for 30 hours.
While the Transformer Book T300FA is great at delivering smooth, all-day performance, the Transformer Book T300Chi takes hybrid technology to the next level. Currently the thinnest hybrid device in the world, the T300Chi is slim and sleek with measurements of 317.8 x 191.6 x 7.6 ~ 16.5 mm (WxDxH). It has a 12.5-inch display at a 1920 x 1080 resolution, and has two processor options: Intel Core M 5Y10 or 5Y71 backed up by 4 to 8GB of RAM.
Aside from these hybrid devices, ASUS also announced its newest gaming notebook, the ROG G Series G551. It comes with a 15-inch Full HD display at a resolution of 1920 x 1080 with wide 178-degree viewing angles. Aside from great visuals backed up by NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960M with 4GB GDDR5 VRAM, it also boasts of an Intel Core i7-4710HQ processor for ultra-fast gaming. It has 1TB of storage and 16GB of memory, and is powered by Windows 8.1.
The Transformer Book T300FA is priced at P32, 995.00, while the T300Chi comes at Php39,995 (Intel Core M 5Y10 Processor) and Php46,995 (Intel Core M 5Y71 Processor). The ROG G Series G551 goes for Php69,995. All three are currently available in ASUS stores and retailers nationwide.
