ASUS Philippines intends to improve its after-sales service for its fans and users for 2020. The new ASUS Platinum Protection Warranty (PPW) is taking service innovation and user experience to a whole new level. This kind of service is something that is not commonly offered by its competitors.

The ASUS Platinum Protection Warranty is a new service provided by ASUS Philippines for all customers who purchased any ASUS, ROG or ExpertBook Laptops starting January 1, 2020. The ASUS PPW includes coverage for accidental damage within the first year of the warranty, at no additional cost. Such damages include drops, falls or other collisions, liquid and electrical damage. It even covers damages caused by acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods and typhoons.

The 2 Years Global Warranty upholds ASUS Philippines’ Gold Standard in after-sales service and is honored not only within the country but also in 193 countries worldwide. ASUS Premium Care also lets customers take advantage of ASUS’ Authorized Service Partners’ expertise for their laptops’ internal maintenance, ensuring longer lifespan and improved overall performance. Together with the ASUS Platinum Protection Warranty, ASUS aims for more protection and a more complete, worry-free product experience.

Expensive repairs which fall outside the standard warranty coverage is now a thing of the past and will now become more affordable.
