The Meizu MX4 is Novo7 Tech’s New Monster Flagship Phone

Novo7 Tech has recently announced another game-changing smartphone: the Meizu MX4.

Rightfully earning the flagship title, the MX4 has a 5.32-inch Corning Gorilla Glass 3 screen with an impressive 1152×1920 display. Underneath it are two quad core processors – a 2.2 GHz Cortex-A17 and a 1.7 GHz Cortex-A7 – for a full octa-core expereience. It runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat skinned with Meizu’s homegrown Flyme 4.0 OS which has recently been updated to 4.0.2l for additional Google support.

Memory-wise, it has 2GB worth of RAM with 16/32/64 GB iterations. However it doesn’t have a slot for microSD cards.

The Meizu MX4’s cameras mean business. Its rear installation clicks at 20.7MP with autofocus, dual-LED flash, and a Sony Premium IMX220 Exmor RS Sensor, while its secondary camera goes for 2MP with the Sony IMX208 Sensor.

Connectivity is powered by its Dual 4G capabilities which make use of the latest TD-LTE and FDD-LTE networks that can go for download speeds of 150 Mbps. It can also access high speed Wi-Fi connections up to 433Mbps.

All these are backed-up by a 3100mAh battery developed in conjunction with Sony and Samsung.

The official prices have yet to be announced, but the 16/32/64 GB versions are all set to go for less than Php20,000.00. The Meizu MX4 is said to be released by the end of 2014.
